Accommodation

A charming sea front cottage, literally a stone's throw from the sea and in between two beaches, the closest being under a 1 minute walk away. The cottage has a serene atmosphere, with grand sea views and open plan living area.

The living area accommodates generous seating, including sun room, lounge and dining area with cosy corner next to the log burner. The communal areas are well stocked with books, dvds and games as well as superfast wifi.

At the rear, there is a covered and secure area, suitable for drying washing, cleaning wetsuits and general beach gear.  Further back is an open back yard space attached to the service lane (more apples and elderflower when in season). 

 

Laundry washing facilities are located in the downstairs bathroom.

The upstairs bathroom includes a generously sized wet-room with skylight.

 

Bedroom 1 is a spacious double room. You can look out to sea from bed, with distant views of the Eddystone lighthouse on a clear day. There is ample room to add a pop up bed for children to stay close by.

Bedroom 2 is a cosy twin room at the rear of the cottage, with twin skylights 

The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of recipe books, utensils and crockery for the chefs amongst you!

 

There is a large, slate patio at the front of the the cottage above the garden, which includes wooden exterior furniture, BBQ and large parasol. Perfect for soaking up the sun and long lazy lunches.

 

The sea facing garden is populated with structural seasonal planting around the path up to the cottage. Spring bookings will see lots of bluebells, summer time the meadow flowers, roses and possibly the resident slow worm, late summer giant ox eye daisies and apples (help yourself!)
